Fantastic.

Sound	I play all sorts, from Metallica's acoustic intros to classical fingerpicking. This guitar sounds beautiful- TRY IT! However, I feel it resonates much nicer when in C# standard, it may be my strings but it sounds even better in this tuning
Action, Fit, & Finish	Setup wasn't great from store, but after a truss rod adjustment and action adjustment it plays nicely!
Reliability & Durability	Had it for a good couple of years, not a had a problem with reliabilty.
Customer Support	Never dealt with Yamaha over this, but (if I remember correctly) the last time I tried to contact someone it was very difficult.

Liked about it	Love the sound unplugged and plugged. This guitar (ultramarine I think the colour of mine is) is also very attrative, I love the Flamed maple!
Didn't like	Didn't like the setup when I bought it, that's it.
