Great guitar to a great price!

Sound	I was looking around for a semi-acoustic some time ago, and being an Ibanez-slave I was not easily convinced to look at other brands. But once I tried this guitar in a shop and compared it to more expensive Ibanez and Dean acoustics I was sold. And so was the guitar! The sound of the guitar unplugged is rich but lacking in bass. When plugged into an amp that "problem" is taken care of. It has a Piezo pick up, chromatic tuner and a 3 band EQ. The guitar comes from the factory with D'Addario .12 gauge strings and is all set for being played. With it's nicely cut body and 22 frets it is a guitar that allows you to play anywhere on the neck without being uncomfortable. Also the neck is very nicely shaped and not too thick.
Action, Fit, & Finish	The set-up was very good. Nothing was done in the shop or by me and it has played like a dream ever since. This model comes in several finishes, and the finishes differ quite a bit. To me that makes the guitars more unique, if one can use an expression like that in this price range.
Reliability & Durability	I have not played this guitar in extreme conditions, neither have I banged it or dropped it, so I cannot say how it would handle any of these things. However, played in normal circumstances this guitar holds it's own against higher priced competitors.
Customer Support	Not dealt with.

Liked about it	- Amazing sound compared to other brands in the same or higher price segment. - Pretty visual details. - Easy to play, with comfortable 22 fret neck.
Didn't like	- Lacking in bass.
