Good Strings
| Comments |
I don't play my acoustic too much, but these strings have been great. They hold their tone very nicely and don't go dull too quickly. They aren't overly bright but give good articulation and a big lush sound when new. Over time, they mellow slightly and with the cedar top I have get very warm and round without becoming muddy. I think they're quality although I use whatever is available when I change strings and am considering trying Elixirs to see what the hype is about for coated strings. Still, these are cheap and good for a part-time acoustic player.

1. Articulate lush sound mellows to nice warm rounded tone without becoming muddy or dead sounding over time.
2. Copper holds up well against oxidation.

1. A bit stiff but that could also be the guitar since I'm accustomed to an electric.

Amazing tone
| Comments |
I was in search of new strings for my Washburn D25 Acoustic and I stumbled upon these strings. I have to say I used to other Company string on my acoustic exclusively; until I put a set of these on. The tone and clarity was so rich and full, gorgeous ring to them - try them out for adding new life to your acoustic.
