Best acoustic I've played under $2000

Sound	Comes with ELixir strings so it starts off with a different tone than I was used to. It's full and bright, sounds better fingerstyle than it does with a pick. I did find that the style of pick makes a difference as well meking it a very useable gutar for all styles...
Action, Fit, & Finish	Set up was good at the factory but needed a truss rod adjustment and the fret ends done a little. I have found this common on most new breedlove guitars I've seen in shops as well as the ones I've purchased online. Mine has a small dot of clear that somehow made it to the back of the satin neck after it was finished, it chipped off easy but I still called the place where I got it to verify it wasn't a second or returned guitar. they said it was new guitar straight from the factory and NOT a second or blem It doesn't effect playing or appearance at all so I kept it.
Reliability & Durability	Great guitar and after nine months with no issues and hardly any adjustments I'd say it's solid reliable and durable
Customer Support	I have dealt with the company twice on 2 other guitars, they were very polite and pleasant but I don't expect much since I've had two experiences and neither was positive. One of the experiences ended with me sending the guitar back to the place I got it from even though I loved the sound.

Liked about it	Lightweight and resonant with a lot of volume and dynamics for a small body guitar, works very well for me learning finger style guitar. All Solid wood USA made guitar at a decent price Ebony board and bridge, rosewood back and sides.. Exactly what I want in an acoustic
Didn't like	Slightly tinny with the elixirs on it. very slight finish blem. Fret ends needed filed when new and Breedlove wants you to pay shipping both ways if you have them fix the issues. If it weren't for these issues I'd have rated it a 5
