As with other Cherry Lane titles, this one does not disappoint. The transcriptions are solid. Cherry Lane books usually are. Even novice players will be playing with the record in no time. The book lays out all songs on Guns and Roses debut album, and does each one justice.

Accurate transcriptions, easy to read, laid out well. I have many Cherry Hill books and they have all been winners.

I don't consider this a "don't like", but this book should be re-released with backing tracks. It would bring it to a while new level and set a new standard for transcription books. Also a tone chart would be a nice add. Something like how to get the true sound with classic stomp pedals.

Good Breakdown of GN'Rs Debut

Kind of partial as this is my favorite band. But not just indicative of GNR, this line of transcriptions is well respected in my opinion for all music.
