Action, Fit, & Finish Played very well out of the box, I was actually surprised, I just had to tune it and it was ready to go, the finish is really cool and flawless as well as the binding, no flaws that I could see. Reliability & Durability a great guitar for gigs or to play at home, definitely dependable and made out of name brand parts. Customer Support No comment, I have had the need to use them. Liked about it 1)built with top notch part at a resonable price 2)Great for that old school Metal look. 3)Craig Goldy used to play these back in the 80's and I got hooked ever since Didn't like 1)That the only finish available is black.
