I was expecting a bit more with this one. It is a

Sound	I picked up a used one and the previous owner has removed the tone control. I kinda liked the fact that I didn't need to screw with the tone, but thats not a standard feature. Overall, the sound of the guitar was good. It has the standard DiMarzio pups, which of course always sound pretty good. Also had the high end bridge, either Edge or Lo Pro Edge, ect.
Action, Fit, & Finish	Mine was not new, but in my opinion ALL guitars come from the factory set up terribly.
Reliability & Durability	I did have it for 6 months or so. I would bring it to a gig without a backup, and the finish is fairly awsome. I liked the cubes alot, but maybe some different colors.
Customer Support	Never needed it

Liked about it	I liked the sound of the guitar and it looked quite nice, and also had all the high end appointments.
Didn't like	the main thing and really the only thing I didn't like was the "feel". I have had many high end Ibanez and I just couldn't get used to this one.
