Sound The stock pickups sound pretty good for what they are, they are very well balanced pickups, i have since replaced them with an EMG 81 85 Combo. I play anything from punk rock to metal, i use my Ibanez TB100R amp, and usually some effects pedals from Boss or Behringer, and with all this i can get almost any sound i want. The bridge pickup is nice and bright and the neck pickup is on the warmer side which allows the guitar to have a well balanced sound. It came with 10 gauge strings on it and i haven't changed the gauge since.

Action, Fit, & Finish The Wizard II neck is perfect for me, its not thin yet not thick either its right in the middle. The stock action was good, pretty much played well straight from the box (the shop i bought it from did the setup). The finish is excellent no "orange peel" and no imperfections, only a few dings in the headstock on one edge, but that maybe from the shop. The first time i played it all it needed was a tune everything else was spot on.

Reliability & Durability The Cosmo hardware is pathetic within 1 month it looked terrible, it wears away extremely quickly. Apart from that its pretty good, the tuning slips out if you don't bend the strings in. The finish is still top notch, just a few scratches here and they're due to me, but still almost looks showroom fresh, i just give it a polish every now and then.

Customer Support Never had to deal with Ibanez or the store i bought it from

Liked about it The Neck
The Stock Pickups for what they are, their pretty good
The Look of it

Didn't like The Cosmo Finish on the Tuners, Bridge and Pickup rings
The Burst finish is only on the front not all the way around

Solid Buy

Sound I primarily use this guitar through a Pod X3 Pro to record rhythm tracks for demos. Sounds solid stock, but i would (and will) invest in an upgrade in pickups.

Action, Fit, & Finish Guitar was solid upon arrival as far as setup and looks great. I'm a huge fan of the reverse headstock.

Reliability & Durability I've just made it to the 6 month mark with this one and so far no issues at all. Still going strong with nothing but a string change to get some 9's on there (came with 10's stock).

Customer Support Haven't needed anything from Ibanez on this guitar so far, but they have always been helpful to me with any type of gear.

Liked about it Positives: Finish, construction and setup.

Didn't like Pickups are ok, but could do with an upgrade.
