Really?

Sound	The sound was to me very typical. Not too much I couldn't get from one of my others. I own 11 guitars but claim less as my main gear. Very strat like in sound but lacking in the area of tuning reliability.
Action, Fit, & Finish	Out of the store, it was great. Thought I may have a new one to add to the lineup. Only a couple of adjustments needed (action, intonation). Finish was good but seemed to have a "Mass-Pro" quality to it even though almost all are, this one kinda showed it. "First impressions are..."
Reliability & Durability	This is where it fell through the floor for me. Something went wrong with the pups and I have yet to find out what. This was (and is) always a major issue for electrics. Not sure how to describe it, but the mids went out, then the volume kicked back and apparently went on vacation, and is yet to return. The neck seems to be weak also as it needs constant adjustment. Seems like it is made of balsa. Coudn't believe what I was seeing. It started to look more like a Bow.
Customer Support	Called Dealer and they forwareded it to customer support. So I was 2nd? party. All words say normal condition in certain climates (which must be the colder regions. Didn't make sense to me.

Liked about it	Looks progressive, has a good strat like sound with something added
Didn't like	The sound fell apart on me, as did basically the rest of the guitar which was told to me that it was normal, though none of my others have shown anything like that (LP, 12 strin acoustic, 6 Ibanez RG based designs) all in tip top shape and playability.
