A lot of tone for a little cash!! featured

Sound I've played just about everything through this amp--Ibanez JEM and RG guitars, Les Paul, Strat, Tele--everything I put through this amp sounds pure and true. I actually bought two of these and ran them stereo (using an A/B/Y switch) into each side of a stereo 4 x 12. They are PLENTY LOUD to do club gigs, will make any pedal board sound great, and if you're a tone purist, you can run these wide open and enjoy gobs of glorious Class A overdrive--put a Tube Screamer or your favorite overdrive pedal in front and you've got gain on tap. Simple controls--One volume and one tone knob--that's it. I've seen these sell new anywhere from $299.00 to $79.00. I don't know that I'd pay $299, but at $79, I bought two. Currently, I'm using these as a stereo setup for my GR-20 Guitar Synth using a VOX ToneLab LE as the processing engine. Only mods I made were replacing the stock tubes with GT-Blue(4) EL84 and Ruby high-gain low-noise ECC83 Preamp valves.

Reliability Haven't had a problem yet and I use them regularly. I can easily see using without a backup--there's just not that much to go wrong.

Customer Support Never dealt with them. Have had Crate products in the past without issue.

Liked about it Beautiful Class A tone.
A lot of tone in a little package.
Extremely affordable.

Didn't like Might sound better as a 1 x 10 instead of 1 x 8.
Stock tubes could be better.
Vertical-mounted speaker jack is a little hard to get to for connecting external cabinets.
