Sound	Not a sound-related item. Just an open/closed switch.
Reliability	It's made to be stomped on and stands up to the task--metal instead of plastic--I'd rely on it without a backup.
Customer Support	Haven't had to deal with Marshall customer support.

Liked about it	Made out of metal instead of plastic like some other single switches. Nice under-foot feel--you can tell once it has switched. Long cord.
Didn't like	It's black, so a little difficult to see on a dark stage.

Sound	This pedal is for channel switching of a Marshall amp, although it can be used for many other amps as well. Plug it directly into the footswitch port on the back (or front) of your head or combo and voila, you have channel switching
Reliability	Well built I see no problems with it, I would not bother with a backup.
Customer Support	I have called Marshall a few times (not on this product) they were helpful and directed me who could help me quickly

Liked about it	1. It worked 2. Basic Black... can't go wrong with that.
Didn't like	Would be helpful for a removable cord in case it frayed, but then that would be another thing to possibly lose. I would like and indicator light on the pedal itself.

Sound	This pedal allows channel switching. I have used with other amps besides Marshall with great success. Plugs directly into the footswitch port on your head or combo.
Reliability	This bad boy is made to be stomped on. It is made out of metal and can take the abuse of using it live. Works great in the studio also. Very well built.
