Great start

Sound	I had the combo version and loved it so much, I sold it and upgraded to the 3 module 100 watt model. The rm 20 is good as a studio and home practice amp. What it really nice about it versus the rest of the MTS line is that the RM20 has EL84 power tubes and they make everything sound sweet.
Reliability	Fantastic. This thing is great and never let me down.
Customer Support	Randall has an active forum where all my questions could be answered. I got good information there and highly recommend taking a visit.

Liked about it	The ability to change preamps. The small size and big tone. the EL84's.
Didn't like	Having to change preamps every time i wanted to play a different module. Not enough wattage. It can become costly getting all the modules.
