great controller for the money

Sound n/a

Reliability had it for a few years and no issues yet

Customer Support haven't needed support

Liked about it good size controller. no problems changing channels etc, even with my size 14s. i use it in controller mode with an intellifex. 5 program changes and 5 instant access buttons to turn effects on and off. if you are fairly familiar with midi, this controller is pretty easy to program. 7 pin midi cable runs power and midi.

Didn't like starts off in bank mode when you first turn it on, have to manually change to the mode you want. not a big deal , but worth mentioning. only 5 instant access in controller mode, but that's ok for the price. 7 pin midi cable needs an adapter plugged in to the back of the intellifex to run power thru the 7 pin cable

Packed with features for the price!

Sound On the surface this is a basic-looking MIDI controller but the fact that it operates in three different modes and has a large LED readout that allows you to see your patch names on the front of the stage is huge. The interface is very intuitive and easy to learn. Highly recommend getting the 7-pin MIDI cable and using phantom power.

Reliability Bought it used and never had a problem with it--all buttons still function as new and the screen is bright and clear as ever.

Customer Support I've dealt with Rocktron customer support for other products. It takes a try or two to get the correct product specialist, but once you do, they're quite knowledgeable and helpful, and their follow-up is among the best I've experienced.

Liked about it Great value for the price.
BIG screen readout--great for dark stages.
Multiple operating modes--almost like a mini-Bradshaw.

Didn't like Button feel is a little weird on the feet--takes some getting used to.
Wall wart power supply unless phantom power is used.
