Amp in your pocket, well on your strap!

I use this cool little device with all of my guitars, DiMarzio loaded Ibanez, Epi LP with stockers and my KH-Jr.
It is a great little practice tool, with 3 different sets of three effects. They are controlled by three rotary switches which can actually bypass the effect.
The effects are as follows:
1) Ambience- Delay, Chorus and Reverb.
2) Effects- Wah, Trem and Phaser.
3) Amplifier- Warm, Norm and Bright.
The main problem is that you can only have one of the settings per switch on at once. ie You can not have the chorus and the reverb on at the same time.
The "Ambience" switch has some pretty good effects, I mainly use the reverb and the chorus, dialled to about half way for both. The reverb is relative authentic sounding, quite springy!! The chorus is also quite good, not overpoweringly lush but as good as most generic stomp boxes. The delay also is stomp box level - not boutique level but for practice these effects work really well, so unless you are going to use this as a pre amp you are set!
The rotary switch adjusts the curiously named tweak.
The "Effects" switch has the effects I use the least. Very specific ones you don't use so often, I wish they had swapped the chorus and the wah or trem so I could use it with the reverb. Having said that, they do what they do quite well!
The rotary switch adjusts the level of speed on these effects, which is why they are grouped together.
The "Amplifier" switch, this is the basis of the unit. This is where the real fun is!! The warm setting is great for blues through to classic rock, the normal is good for classic (heavy)rock through to Metal and the bright is your high gain setting. Cleans are achieved by using the off "bypass" on the rotary switch.
I use the warm setting for Claptonesque stuff, doesn't nail his particular tone but it does do a dirty blues really well.
The norm setting is my general purpose "goto" setting, I use this for everything from KISS to Motley Crue. Rockin' setting.
The bright is Metallica type "thrash" setting. Good for Megadeth too lol!! Doesn't get to brutal death tones but very heavy none the less.
It has a few other features worth mentioning, 2 headphone jacks so you can let someone else hear what you are.
An auxillary input so you can play along with a CD/ MP3 and dc input.
Comes with a slip on belt/strap clip and a double male jack to connect your CD or MP3 player.

No issues in nearly 2 years. This is for practicing only so gigging is not really applicable!

Portabilty. I used this when doing remote Fly In - Fly Out living in workers accomodation blocks. Now I use it at night once the kids are asleep and I don't want to annoy the Missus... Can be used with self powered computer speakers.
MP3 play along. Great for practice.
The effects are very good for what they are. The amp models rock!

1 effect per switch at a time.
The rotary switches are subject to being turned by accident when sitting.
The effect controls are hard to access when on your belt / strap. Not a biggie as it for pratcice, but you are limited by headphone cords to placement. Not such an issue when using speakers.
