Boss ML-2

With its extreme gain, the ML-2 is the most potent and heavy distortion pedal ever created by BOSS. It easily delivers massive distortion and gain with heavy lows for playing Nu Metal, Grind Core, Industrial, Hard Core, or any genre that requires crushing sound. The ML-2's ferocious and biting tone will complement and cut through any blast beats your rhythm section...

Boss metal core is currently waking up the neighbo featured

Ease Of Use So easy to use even an metal head can figure it out. Low, High,& Dist knob settings need only be at 75% and level adjusted to suit your volume needs and your good to go really.. Hey its a pedal with 4 knobs, if your having issues read the manual or quit playing the guitar :P

Sound Obviously the designers of this pedal created it for the new style of metal letting loose on the scene, making use of the lower range of the guitar spectrum, due to 7 and 8 string guitars and the dropped tunings. I plugged into my Mesa Nomad and cranked right up, I could sit in my room and just crunch on all day long. Think of the nicely mastered sound of Disturbed, I can pretty much nail it sound wise, and the soloing capabilities of this pedal is also not to shabby. You can get softer distortion for a more rock blues sound, but in all honesty it doesn't do that job fantasticly. But then its not why I bought it, so full on metal is its main feature and it delivers like Pizza Hut.

Reliability I bought it second hand, and it worked straight out of the box, never had an issue with it, and like all boss pedals, its built like a sumo wrestler.

Liked about it Does exactly what its name says it does, built to last, and looks the part for metal.

Didn't like Rolling back the settings can give you different distorted tones, but dont buy this if your a rock/blues player, its not the tone for you. Its kinda like a one hit wonder, but it does it well.
