Danelectro DT-2 Danomatic Tuner
|
Retro 50's era lighted meter guides you to the perfect tune. Choose mute or non mute output jacks. Foot switch activates tuning and cuts sound to mute output for silent tuning. Fully automatic, chromatic tuner. Some minor surface scratching, but otherwise in excellent working condition.

Another cool Danelectro pedal from the vintage line
| Ease Of Use |
Well, it's a tuner--it's as easy as they come. The DT-2 has an input and two outputs: one is muted when the footswitch is pressed, the other is an active output. When activated, tuning is a breeze with the backlit meter and 3 LEDS: one for sharp,, flat, and in tune. A button style footswitch turns the unit on and off.

| Sound |
Since this is a tuner, it produces no tone. But, I can say that your passing tone is transparent when using this tuner pedal with no signal or tone loss.

| Reliability |
Again, this is not one of the plastic Danelectro mini-pedals--it's built to last.

I've always been drawn to the Danelectro vintage pedals for their retro looks. This one doesn't disappoint! As a bonus, this tuner has a backlit display that's reminiscent of a 50's era car's speedometer. Tuning is very accurate, and I love the muted output--who wants to hear you tune up in the middle of a set?

Nothing! This one doesn't have knobs, so I can't growl about the narrow and flimsy plastic knobs.
