Decent delay with typical Digitech quality.

Ease Of Use Easy to use: Plug in your guitar, send either the mono out to your amp, or both outs to two amps, dial in the knob settings you want, and click the footswitch. The knobs are labeled as what they do: Level, Repeats, Time, and Range. There's a bright red LED to let you know the pedal is active.

Sound The pedal is quiet, and produces some nice delays all the way up to 4 seconds. As with most Digitech products, this delay's sound is, for lack of a better term--digitized. It isn't as warm and organic sounding as an analog delay. This pedal is capable of: ping-pong, tape, reverse, modulated, looping, and Tap Tempo. One nice addition that most other delay pedals don't have, this one does--a Switchable CIT guitar cabinet modeling output!

Reliability Good! The housing holds it's own against other pedals, and doesn't feel flimsy or poorly built. The jacks are nice and tight right out of the box, the knobs are easy to use, and footswitching feels natural with the BOSS style paddle switch.

Customer Support Never had to use them.

Liked about it Up to 4 seconds of delay from a mid-level pedal--whoah!!!!!! Lots of delay effect types. One nice addition that some might not even notice before buying--Digitech includes a 9v battery to get you started.

Didn't like The typical digitized sound of a Digitech effect. Digitech quality and performance has improved leaps and bounds since the early 90s, but this still has that tone. It's not a deal breaker, but must be mentioned.

Overall satisfaction:
