It's just a pedal with 4 knobs,couldn't be easier to get great tones.

First the X-series has a great speaker simulation,all pedals have 2 outputs,one without and one with speaker simulator so you can plug it directly to your computer or mixer.
It has a great compression and you can get cool tones from rock to slap funky bass.
Its manual gives some real good settings.
It's a dual band compressor which means it compresses bass and high frequencies separeted.
