Good for the money
Ease Of Use
Very easy to use and edit patches. Manual is to the point, and has all the lists, etc. you would want.

Sound
Pretty good variety of tones. Several distortion modes. To my ears the overdrive type tones are the best in this unit. It sounds kinda weak for full on metal / shred distortion. Good variety of factory patches. Easy to tweak. This is a fun little cheap box. I use as a headphone practice unit. Also pretty handy for direct recording to the computer. I haven't tried plugged into an amp. Don't really feel the need to.

Reliability
No problems yet. Can't say I would depend on it for a gig. After all the years I've been playing and all the different rigs and effects I've used I plug my guitar into the amp. Every now and then I might put my tuner in line. Plastic contstruction. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence, but what do you want for $70 new?

Haven't had to deal with DigiTech before. At this price point if I had problems I would throw it in the trash and find something else.

Good variety of tones, cheap, comes with AC adaptor. The old school Fender / Vox tones sound pretty good to me. Almost the opposite of what I expected...

Didn't like
High gain / metal tones are pretty lame sounding to me.
