Bomb proof tuning on the inexpensive side featured

Ease Of Use The LU20 is a simple to use pedal tuner with 1 input, 2 outputs and a DC power jack. It has a very sturdy silver painted metal case and a large rubber foot that keeps it in place if it isn't mounted. The foot switch operates perfectly every time with minimal effort. It's big and easy to hit. This even has a dedicated button to tune in flat mode. You can drop up to 3 half steps and have the unit read and display the proper string. Now that is cool!

Sound This is a true bypass pedal. It doesn't affect your signal one bit as far as I can tell. Kudos to Ibanez for this feature. All the tuners from my past have always altered my tone. This one doesn't.

Reliability Pretty much this thing can take a hit and still get back up. The case is die cast metal so it's a little heavy and wont flex or crumble beneath your feet. Without taking the unit apart I'm guessing the foot switch is the same type of small plunger that you find on any of the Ibanez 9 series pedals. In time if it goes out it's simple and inexpensive to replace. But seriously, how hard and how often are you going to be stomping on a tuner button? This should last forever.

Customer Support I've dealt with the Ibanez importer for the western USA and have gotten nothing but perfect service.

Liked about it Size - the footprint is a not large 5 3/4 by 3 1/2 inches. It is easy to read sideways so there are several options as far as mounting it to a board.
Display - is fast and easy to read. I've not had any problems seeing it in bright light. It's accurate enough to tune the bridge on your instrument.
True bypass - it doesn't alter my tone one bit. Depending on which output is used (output or dry) you have an option to have the signal muted while tuning which is a great way not to annoy your band mates or an audience.

Didn't like I can't think of anything about this to not like. Even paying for it was painless. It works great every time - was inexpensive - looks fantastic and plain gets the job done.
