the only tuner you will ever need FOR HOME USE featured

Ease Of Use this is by far the easiest tuner to use.just slide the blue button to chromatic and the tuner does the rest . each string will be recognized by the tuner.i use it with cables to get more accuracy than the mic.it has lights to tell you if it is sharp or flat, and has a good readable sized gauge.also there is a light for each note to let you know how close you are to the desirable note.

Sound as this is a tuner there is no sound and since its not a pedal tuner i have not put it in my chain i use this to set up my guitars mainly.

Reliability well mine is about 10 years old i believe and it has never giving me any trouble.as youy may have figured out by now if its made in japan its about as relible as you can get.

Customer Support i have never had to deal with boss and should never have to their products speak for themselves japan products that is.

Liked about it first off the accuracy is superb the best ive ever used and by far the most compact compared to the huge strobe tuners that only rival the accuracy of this one.i also love the fact that its integrated in its own case that still allows acces to the power supply and the quarter inch jacks , which keeps it well protected at all times.im also loving that i only had to put a small amount of batteries in it due to the fact its not in my signal chain.

Didn't like maybe they could put a beeper in it that gets faster beats when your closer to tune so you dont have to look at it so much when setting up a guitar (like a heart beat).and it should hyave came with a power supply how can you sell something so good and have to use batteries instead of power man its 2009 come on they got batteries that last forever.

Simple and efficient tuner

Ease Of Use Can't ask for a more simple tuner. Turn it on, and tune. I didn't notice and loss of signal when I left this on. I actually mounted it to a rack and used a 9V adapter and left this on all the time. Worked perfectly

Sound There is no tones, it's a tuner ;)

Reliability I would definitely not bother with a backup. Boss equipment is ver reliable, this is in a plastic case and does have plastic jacks, but I have never had an ounce of trouble with it

Customer Support I called Boss/Roland once (not for this unit) They were extremely friendly and helpful

Liked about it 1. Works perfectly
2. Tunes easily, needle doesn't jump too fast
3. Has a tuning needle and LED to make for good visibility

Didn't like Plastic jacks
would love a 9volt adapter included, but that wouldn't stopo me from buying it

The ONLY tuner you'll ever need

Ease Of Use This thing is so easy to use, my 5 year old could operate it. I have mine set inside my Boss BCB-60 pedal case with its own built in power supply so it's always on when I'm playing and very easy to see when standing up at the gig. So long as I can see those two iconic triangles on at the same time when I'm checking my tuning, I know I'm alright. Couldn't be easier really.

Sound Not Applicable

Reliability These things are tough, though built in plastic, they last forever. It's a well known standard of tuner to most musicians worldwide. Every guitarist I know, and there's a fair few, all have one of these..... it's a given really. If they didn't last, they wouldn't be so popular.

Customer Support never needed it

Liked about it Ease of use and familiarity.... it hasn't really changed in the 20 years I've owned them. (I've had 3 - first one was stolen ages ago, second one I gave as a present and now have a new one) I will not ever buy a different one.

Didn't like nothing at all. Never had a problem.
