Ease Of Use	The Pocket POD is very easy to use and setup. It is very simple to dial in some tones and gives immediate results.
Sound	Well you cannot expect studio quality for a low price modeller that is the size you can think it might be a cellphone. But it gets the job done. I use it for warmups before a gig with headphones, or to very fast record some ideas into my macbook on the road. Of course I would not use it for any real recordings or even live performance. For the job I use it for the sounds are OK and it has almost no noise of its own.
Reliability	As of 6 months it held up very nicely. Of course many scratches on the plastic surface.
Customer Support	CS of Line6 is very nice and helpful.

Liked about it	- Ease of Use - Versatile - Gets the job done
Didn't like	- Sound for anything other than training - Battery Life - Not really scratch resistant
