Bought it used, and a split decision

Ease Of Use The unit is very easy to use. It has one pot to switch between volume and wah, and a dial for the wah level.

Sound The wah is a bit "nasally", but that's a good thing. It sounds great. Not noisy at all.

Reliability The unit is built like a tank. It should last a very long time.

Customer Support I haven't had to deal with customer support. Not needed.

Liked about it The wah pedal is simply GREAT!!!! One of the best I've ever heard.

Didn't like Here in lies the problem. The volume portion of this pedal is simply horrendous. If you thought of the volume pedal going from a 1-10, the pedal does NOTHING from 1-5, then the volume adjustment works from 5-6, and is full on from 7-10. Think about this for a minute. If you have a part where you play the wah, you have to end on a full wah note for the volume to work when switched to volume.

I wouldn't recommend this pedal as a staple in your board. I think a regular wah would be a better option.

Not bad if you are a tweaker

Ease Of Use When I first received this, I was going to chuck it, but I contacted Scott at Morley and he sent me a pdf on how to modify the pedal. So I took it apart and started playing with the LEDs and was able to get it to work the way I wanted to. The pdf also explained how to adjust the tone by tightening or loosening the inductor. Very Cool!

Sound The factory set up did not work for me at all, but this pedal is extremely easy to tweak as all you need to do is move the LEDs around until you find the taper you want. It's not going to win any awards for tone, but as a dual function pedal, it is good enough for the stage and practice.

Reliability Built like a tank, no pots, surprisingly few parts inside. Should last forever.

Customer Support Best yet! Scott replied to my email in less than a day and offered free replacement parts if I wanted them (I didn't even ask). Can't get any better than that.

Liked about it Well built, easy to tweak, does two things in one pedal.

Didn't like Definitely not the be all end all in tone, but for the price, you can't go wrong.

Useful-ish

Ease Of Use This is a realy neat "idea" that didn't get the fallow-through it needed! Being able to control both a wah and volume from one pedal sounds great...But, The wah didn't have enough of a sweep to make me happy it got feedback all the time! The volume part works just ok enough to make me use it.

Sound The sound of the wah is way to nasally (for me anyway) and as I said earlier I couldn't stop it from getting way to much feedback! The volume part didn't go all the way down, but it could make it quiet enough to change out your guitar and not have a huge pop noise when you plug in

Reliability It will always half do everything I just said...So, in a way it's very reliable ;)

Customer Support Why bother?

Liked about it I could use it to change guitars with the volume function (and it makes me have a bigger cooler looking pedalboard)!

Didn't like All of the above!

Glad I Tried It Before Hand

Ease Of Use Pretty basic as far as complexity. Switch is in the way of movement.

Sound Trying to see what else there was besides my Mr. Crybaby, I tried it. Not impressed. Volume didn't have full sweep (couldn't fully cancel sound). When in wah mode the higher notes broke up in the signal. Cracking sounds through the sweep.

Reliability Didn't come home with me so I'm not sure.

Customer Support N/A

Liked about it Larger platform for a bigger foot

Didn't like Tonal Degradation in wah mode
Noticable sound when volume backed to max
Switch toggled while moving expression platform
