I power my Rocktron midi exchange from my Intellifex. It does the job well Sound Midi cable, this is not relevant, but the cable does the job well Reliability Never have an issue. I do keep a 9v battery just in case the cable went bad, but if the cable went bad I would probably not have midi signal either.
