Cool Sound

Ease Of Use	It comes with cool presets but like some other equipments,they come with too much effects.Still it has really honest tones just like all other rocktron products.It's easy to tweak but it needs a bigger lcd display.
Sound	I played through a P.A. and through a peavey bandit combo.In both ways it sounded good,very clear effects that don't kill your tone,chorus is a must,you can find the same chorus in rocktron Xpression multi-effects rack processor.From pristine clean to crunch distortion it sounds good but when it comes to heavy distortion,it sounds muddy and over processed,so if you really care for heavy distortion there are better equipments out there.
Reliability	Built like a tank.If you use a lot of presets it won't let you down.
Customer Support	Never had a problem

Liked about it	1- Easy to use. 2- Honest clean to crunch distortion tones and awesome chorus. 3- Built like a tank.
Didn't like	1- Small lcd screen. 2- Heavy distortion sounds over processed. 3- Only 3 presets switches.
