Nice for low output uses!

Nice pickup. Mines black, it's great for those who don't need high output pickups. VERY EXPRESSIVE, I love the airbucker pickups! I would recommend it for everything except metal! Sounds nice in the 24 fret alder bodied guitar I have, It balances well in split coil positions as well as sounding nice and mellow on its own. Almost like a pickup for a Strat on steroids. Harmonics aren't quite as strong as on an AirNorton though, possibly due to being low output.

Three top good points:
-Very expressive (already mentioned.)
-Has the neck pickup sound neck pickups SHOULD HAVE in my opinion (it's not so hot it sounds like a variation on a bridge pickup!)
-Very clear, notes don't smudge into each other like other higher output models.

Top 3 negative points:
-VERY LOW OUTPUT
-Harmonics don't scream AS MUCH, but they are pretty good for a pickup in the neck position.
-Can't think of a third, this IS A GOOD PICKUP!
