I'm trying to post some really important news in the JEM area, but I can't because of this 20 post rule! It did work in the other Ibanez guitars area.

I'd say people should be able to have the capability of adding pictures without 20 posts for $1.00. If a new member must have pics uploaded, this would be a good deterrent for bots and spammers to post crap in Jemsite. If he/she (new member) doesn't want to pony up a dollar (payable via paypal only), then the 20 post rule still applies.

yeah im feeling the pain on this now as we speak.. oh well, one down.

And I found out simply trying to post with a quote to someone elses pic, not even my own!

# 3 for me.
I have a remote text somewhere i can post.
It lets you remote host a picture with out it being on Jemsite.
I wll see if i can find it.

I say 20 is fine. If you're really commited to jemsite enough you should find 20 posts an easy and cheap way to "initate you into the society of picture posters".

Besides having the post count too low makes it too easy, most people spend their first 5 posts asking questions then complaining in the no reply section or making new threads in the registration section because they can't visit the whole forum yet...
