Somethin goofy happens when I go to jemsite.com!

This has been happening to me for a few weeks now. I'm using internet explorer. When I type in www.jemsite.com and hit enter, the page will start to load, and then immediately at the end of the address, this gets added: /profile.php (or something like that) and the page goes to white and says Page Not Found. So then I have to highlight that added part, click backspace, hit enter again, and then it goes and stays on the jemsite.com home page. Anyone know why this is happening?

Are you typing www.jemsite.com or http://www.jemsite.com ?
Try clearing your browser's history and cache, that should do the trick.

it wont matter if you type the http as your broswer will automatically go to http as that isnt a part of the address, its a protocol used for the browser

Adding the http:// makes it go directly to the site instead of through Microsoft search first. It also goes directly to the address you enter instead of any possible addresses you have cached.

Why not just login and save the index page to your favorites.

Works fine for me since 2001.
