why can't I post pictures in a thread?

can one of the admins tell me why it says you MAY NOT POST ATTACHMENTS at the bottom of the screen.
I posted pics before with no problem.

try actually looking through some of the other millions of topics about posting pictures in the help area here..

You can put in a link to a picture residing somewhere else on the net, you can't upload your actual picture into your post.
