Your Location - please use correctly

As the forum mainpage announcement stated, your LOCATION will now appear when you post messages. I've already deleted a few 'locations' that were used for a catchphrase, or something different.

Out of courtesy for all members and visitors, lets leave that out. If you don't want your Location (City, State - Country) then leave the field blank.

I've limited the amount of characters you can input to the LOCATION field as well. Thanks... glen

Read the above announcement. That should clarify exactly why. Either enter your LOCATION or leave it blank. It is meant for your LOCATION

FYI - I've purposely disabled the ability to use SIGNATURES when posting a message because this board is about conversation, not posting catchphrases & quotations over and over. From my experience that all of that detracts from a board. Thanks... glen

Who's yelling? *And why is it such a problem? *It makes perfect sense to me. *LOCATION means just that... your LOCATION.

Glen's right and he's being polite about it. *You asked a question and he answered it.

Please edit your PROFILE if you have ANYTHING other than a real (city-state-country) location. Keep the field blank, if you choose not to enter a real location.

There is no need to use the LOCATION field as a place for a tagline, or witty phrase.

Some have been edited for you. If i have to repeatedly EDIT out a profile, maybe i'll just reset your post count while i'm there too... as an incentive :biggrin:

I think mine is accurate, as I post *and read the forum from several different machines from either home or work. Granted its' a bit smartassed, but again, thats me...
