Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

Hi guys

I'm 24 and have just started to learn playing guitar, I don;t have anything as special as most on this site but will treat myself if I get better in the future My axe is a lowly RG270R in deep metallic red, not sure on year as it's korean serial, but I think it's a '97. I like it anyway

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

Hi all.

New guy here. I'm Stuart from Northern Ireland. Just getting back into playing guitar after a 2 year break. I decided the best way to get the inspiration back was to treat myself, so within the next couple of days I will be taking delivery of a beautiful Prestige RG3270M in dark black. I am so excited I can hardly sleep.

I'll post some pictures when it arrives.

Cheers.

If u check my Public Profile then u'll know =) As for the learning process, I'm just learning on my own using pc cd-rom learn guitar program. I cant afford to hire a music teacher at the moment... maybe in the future once I'm in the intermediate level =)

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

new mid 30's guy here

just started playing again about 4 years ago after taking about 15 years off. Found jemsite looking for parts. I've recently started building a custom RG570 out of parts(still in need of a trem).

My guitar collection has just restarted after selling off all of my gear in my early to mid 20's.

'99 RG7620VK
'01 S470DXQM pups replaced w/dimarzio's, still want to replace the stock trem
Fender Strat
in the build '89 RG570 body(completely stripped not sure of finish yet) had one previously and I wanted one yet again.

Hey all,
I'm Josh from London, Ontario. I've got an older Ibanez RG that I have completely torn apart, and am rebuilding from scratch. It's gonna be wild!

cheers

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

New to this site and new to Ibanez...after playing Jacksons and not really thinking very highly about Ibanez guitars, I recently bought an RGA121 because of the neck...it is the thinnest, flattest fastest neck I've ever had in my hands...it just might force my neck thru Soloist to take up the #2 spot in my line-up.

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

Hi everyone, female newbie here
I took up the guitar when i was 16 played for about 10 or so years. Gave it up for quite a few years for various reasons. Got itchy fingers to play again last November and have been loving it.
Bought myself a SZ320 goldtop about 2 months ago. One day if i'm lucky enough to find a RG550,570 or 770 here in OZ (probably as rare as hens teeth here), i'd be one happy little IbanezGirl.

BTW, great forum!

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

Hi, I'm Joey and I'm from Germany.
I own a little school, where I teach guitar.
On the rest of the day I try to compose and dream up a real nice set up
Currently I'm playing just a JEM7DBK. That's it. For amplifcation I use a BOSS BR8, cause where I life I can't turn up...
