Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

Hello, my name is Matt and I'm 21. I live in New Jersey and have been playing music since I was 17. I am going to school for music concentrating in Classical Guitar Performance. I have an Associates of Arts degree in the field already. Right now I do original compositions for a metal project with one other person. I own a few guitars...a Gibson SG '61 reissue (which I am constantly contemplating selling). A Jackson DKMG w/EMG 81,85. An Ibanez RGT42DX w/DiMarzio X2N,Evolution. A Cordoba 40R classical guitar, and I'm currently having a fully customized classical being built for me. This site is an excellent resource. I enjoy being here.

Hi, my name is Alan and I am a returning member. I have been playing guitar for 20+ years. I have not played much the past two years but I have started back. Attached is a picture of most of my Ibanez's, missing is my RGPR1, RG7620 and a 570 (green metalic flake).

Thanks! It's been years in the making. This site has been so helpful in finding my Ibanez's. I got the LNG & JPM from members.

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

Hi, I am Bill from Upstate NY on the shores of Lake Ontario. I have been playing guitar for 25+ years and still learning. I am a union Pipefitter and love refinishing and building unique finished Ibanez guitars. You may have seen some of my work out there in the infamous evil auction land. I am very new to this,so bare with me and I could use all the help I can get using this site properly. Thanx, Bill

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

Hello All
I've been playing the guitar for 32 years now. I live in Caerphilly, South Wales, UK. My collection consists of:
Patrick Eggle Berlin Pro (Bahamian Blue)
Patrick eggle Berlin Pro (Cherry Red)
Yamaha SG2000
Ibanez JS100 (red). My Ibanez is the reason why I came across this fact packed forum. I am looking to upgrade to a JS1000 or 1200 as I love this guitar. I would really like a white model, but I believe they're not in production at present. Saw Joe Satriani in Cardiff last week and one of his guitars was the stunning white model and he was awesome (as always) Seen him 5 times now!
Also considering upgrading the JS100. I love the neck but I'm not keen on the trem.
Anyway, all advice will be gratefully received.
