Ibanez guitars

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.
Hey everyone,
My name is Ben, 22 years old, from Preston in England
I've been playing for about 7 years now and for the last few years I have been playing in a Power Metal band here in Preston - we've done some pretty respectable and also some that turned out awful, one music video and tons of gigs - but we are looking to take it further, with a full-length album soon.
Been playing Ibanez since I got my first one for passing my GCSE's (high school exams) and have been ever since! You know how it is I'm sure! I have several RGs and a great looking Jem on the way, which should be nice - would put a link for the band up at some point - but I need to have done 20 posts, so will do soon - have fun thanks guys!

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.
Hi my name is Jon. I'm from California and I'm a student. I don't own a Jem but I own a RG770DX and a JPM-2. I find myself playing the RG770DX the most as of late. I'm new to this site and I'm keeping an eye out in the classifieds for a RG565.

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.
Hi my name is Paul, I`m from Poland. In my opinion Ibanez guitars are very universal guitars with nice sound. You can play diffrent types of music on them.I got Rg 2550z so I`ve decide to register on this forum for a better know of my new guitar.
Greatings.

Well not totally new but I'm returning to the Jemsite.
Hi,
My name is Martin, I'm 20 years old and I live in Stockport, Manchester. I have been
playing guitar
for 5 years now and I am now beginning to take my first steps into graded examinations on
electric guitar
. I am the proud owner of 2 Ibanez models which have never let me down, an '06 RGT42DXFM and an '01 Ibanez RG770FM.
I hope to be mingling back in with the guitarist community, catch you all later.

REDzLINE Custom and Replacement Guitar Pickguards
My name is Adam. I run my business (REDzLINE) out of New Berlin, N.Y. making custom guitars and custom and replacement guitar pickguards. Every pickguard from REDzLINE are meticulously hand crafted and beveled edgings are polished to a glass finish. You can either choose the pickguard database for your pickguard, then choose the color material you want your guard made from, or you can send in your original to be duplicated. You original guard would be sent back in the same condition with your new one. I have custom designs and stock designs but you can also have your own idea of design or tracing/sketch sent in to be made as well. Soon to come will be photo guards where you can have your new guard made with any images or photos you want. New in is carbon fiber and metal simulating plastics. I ship worldwide! Check out REDzLINE.com or contact me with any questions or inquiries.

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.
Hey whats up all! I'm an S series Fanatic. Jems are awesome but S's are my soft spot...
ah man ..the
mahogany body
and that thin contoured profile and smooth feel.. don't get me started..anyway..
My name is Jay and im 33. I started playing guitar when I was 12 and played steady for about 5-6 years. in 1992 at 17 my family moved from Long Island NY to ATL Ga, a major culture shock to which I found out very quickly there was NO band scene at the time. I eased off of my
guitar playing
and got more into Synthesizers, Drum machines and Computer Music Applications(which I had previously hated to death ironically).
Around 98-99 I got hungry for Guitar again. I had always wanted (and still do) an IBANEZ S540LTD and had played several between 89-91 with a promise from mom that with good grades it would be mine which never happened, even with the A's and B's.
So in 99 I picked up a cheap RG220B and have been playing on and off ever since.
Recently My guitarists urge has come back to me full force and I ventured out to find and purchase the S series I have lusted after for years and years since i was like 15. Well as Most of you obviously know and as I have rediscovered, finding that guitar is no easy task.
SO I just picked up an S520EX to satisfy myself temporarily, and the search for a Japan made 90-93 S540 continues.
I have visited the site often, just never taken the time to post. WIth this being the awesome forum that it is, there is no better time to start than now!

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.
Hello. My name is Perci, but everyone calls me "Chee". I'm a working musician and band leader of DENEYED from Carrollton,Texas[basically Dallas]. I'm a returning member to the site. I've bought a couple of things that I found on the site and was very pleased with the out come.
I think and have always felt this has been a great and safe forum.
I'm pleased to be part of it.

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.
Hey guys, this is Pete! I'm greek, living and working in Germany atm.
I thought I'd say hi, I have been playing Ibanez for 6 Months now, and am the lucky owner
of an RG550 '92 in neon purple, and of an amazing RX750 which from what I could figure out
is an endangered species
Happy to be here, hoping to have lots of fun with you guys
