Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

Hi all,
My name is Todor, live in Minneapolis, MN, started playing in the mid 80's and fell in love with Ibanez after touching a Destroyer that had like almost 0 action, could barely feel the strings under my fingertips ... currently own 3 Ibanez guitars - '89/90 Ibanez 430SII, '94/95 ATK 500AK, and a '99 RG7620.
Cheers,
TB

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

Hi all, my name is Nick and I've been playing for about 10 years. A while back I got a bit bored of 12 bar blues and everyone around me playing the same riffs, so I really started to listen everything I could purchase through Amazon or see on YouTube. As a result I really got into Vai, Gilbert, and Shankar, all who I've been listening to now for probably 7 years.
I still have yet to purchase an Ibanez, and am currently repairing my 62 reissue strat to hopefully sell and put the money towards a PGM or RG550! I love music and it's great to see so many people here on the same wavelength with that idea, I hope all is well with everyone.

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

Hi everyone!!
My name is Paolo, I'm from Italy and I've been playing guitar for about 10 years. Music is my biggest passion: I try to keep my mind open to every style, from blues to progressive metal and more. I like many different guitarists, but at the moment my top-five list would be like this: Steve Vai, David Gilmour, Jimmy Page, Joe Satriani and Paul Gilbert.
These are my babies:

Electrics:
- 1994 Ibanez RX350-TR (modded)
- 2008 Ibanez JEM7V-WH
- 1995 Ibanez IC300-BK

Acoustics:
- 1996 Epiphone PR350-VS

Keep on rockin'!!

Re: New members - introduce yourself here.

Hi everyone my name is Steve but my screen name is RGLOVER. I am really happy to be here and i look forward to a lot of great discussions about Ibanez guitars. I am in a band and i have been playing for 25 years. I am also happy to say that myself and the other guitarist in the band both use Ibanez guitars exclusively. Let me first say that i am not endorsed by Ibanez, ( that would be awesome!!) My opinions are my own and i am not being paid in any way by the company. It may sound like i am being paid because i simply love Ibanez and i have nothing bad to say about the company of Hoshino Gakki. At this moment i am looking at an incredible work of art known as the RG Prestige 1550 ML. I bought this awesome axe on Dec. 15 of 2009 for $1149.00 (american) with a prestige hardshell case included. I also own an old Japanese RG 470L. This is just my opinion but These guitars are incredible!!! Especially the RG 1550 ML, yes in case you are unaware i am a left handed player. I will be all over the place so hit me up with any questions or feedback thanks, Steve. P.S. Ibanez rules the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi my name is Doug and I've been playing for longer than I'd like to admit.

My Ibanez's include a 1981 Artist solidbody and a 1980 Artist hollowbody.

I'm currently looking at picking up a JEM7vwh.

djem

PS - my user name has nothing to do with JEM guitars...lol.
