Steve's Blood in the DNA swirl JEM??

Yeah, Steve: you're so damn selfish. We want 10 pints per guitar next time. And maybe a finger.

In theory with Steve's DNA you could clone him. Let me think.....

Steve's Blood in the DNA swirl JEM??

Considering human red blood cells are unnucleated, you'd be hard pressed to find *A LOT of Steve's DNA in the guitar, other than in white blood cells.

Steve's Blood in the DNA swirl JEM??

it is possible to recover a large amount of DNA from human blood and the process is very easy and quick (an hour or so).

If someone drops their DNA guitar and a big chip of paint falls off then send it to me and I will use the PCR and sequencing machines in my lab.

However I doubt that I be able to recover much useable DNA from the paint due to the processes used by Darren in getting it on the guitars.

cheers

Would make an interesting CSI if someone was killed with a JEM DNA and Vai's blood sample appeared on the victim

As long as he doesn't put any DNA in the 7VWH, everything will be ok. Besides it would take alot for a pint of that.

That is f.....g funny! That would be great! The episode could be like this....Steve plays a concert, has a DNA back stage, after the show someone steals it, someone sees him steal it, chases him, the thief turns around & hits the guy over the head with the DNA (paint chips and DNA found in the wound), Steve walks out another door for fresh air and sees this guy walking with his DNA, fights him for the DNA, gets it back without knowing that the thief just killed someone with it, and than the CSI team arrest Steve for finding his DNA on the crime scene! Ahhh, that was lame.

Re: Steve's Blood in the DNA swirl JEM??

I read somewhere that 300 guitars were made and 300 Ml of Steve's blood was used to do the painting. If that is true or not, I honestly don't know...
