I use D'Addario 9s super-light gauge. I will never use anything else. They are great.

wow so many people use 9's lol, i use EB regular slinkys, I am use to bass strings so they really don't hurt my fingers. and as i said earlier i want to try those balanced string things. I'd probably go to 9's for those though

Mostly Dean Markley .009-.042, more and more Pyramid .009-.042 and whatever is cheap for the acoustics. On my 7-strings, I have an additional D'Angelico .054 or .056.

On my six (not THAT six ) I use D'addario 10-46, with a 56 on my seven.

I have been gettin' an itch to try out the Dean Markley Blue Steels.

I use Dean Markley Blue Steel, custom light gauge (9-46, I think)... They last forever and they don't become dull as fast as the other ones...

D'addario 9-42 and a 54 for the B-string of my UV

collect the packets, send them back and they give lots of free stuff!

11s if I tune the guitar (a charvel in this case) down a whole step then you get a huge tone.

I like Elixirs. *They cost 3x as much, but last 3 times as long. *They don't sound as bright RIGHT when you put them on - they sound like strings that are a couple days old. *But they sound like that for a few months. *They're also kinda "slippery" - you gotta feel them to understand. *Less finger noise, too.

People seem to either love 'em or hate 'em. *I love 'em.

I use 10's because 9's feel too sloppy and thin. *Am I the only one not using 9's? *They really don't hurt once your used to them... really lol ;-)
