Ernie Ball 10-46 the green package regular slinky and also sometimes Ernie Ball 11-48 power slinky. 09 super slinkys are to light for my style, best grip from 10-46 set.

Re: What Guitar Strings do you use?

D'addario XL's. they sound great and they last a hell of a lot longer than most brands. Except Elixir, but they cost far too much.

I use 9 - 42's, 11-50's and 12 - 54's

I've taken to DR Black Beauties lately. They last for ages and sound good to me. The look might not be for everybody though.

I use the Dean Markley Blue Steel strings. Very nice feel, with bright punchy tone. Size 9-42. BTW, I use them on the Fender Strat.

Re: What Guitar Strings do you use?

I've been using D'addario XL's for over ten years but when my local store ran out I tried Ernie Ball and haven't looked back. The feel is kind of refreshing and I haven't had any breaks on stage yet. For my Jem I use 010 regular slinky's and for my archtops 011's.

Re: What Guitar Strings do you use?

At first i used Dean Markly 10-52 but found the B and high E to bright and thin so i then switched to Ernie Ball Power slinkys 11-48 which were way better. then i tryed Daddarios 9-46 which were very alive and bright but then i wanted a deeper sound and heavier gauge so i went to GHS boomers 11-50 which were the flatest, deadest sounding strings i have ever heard, then i went back to daadarios this time in 11-49 which are bright and chunky. it takes time to get used to heavier gauge strings but the sound and durability is worth it!

D'Addario XL 10-46. On all of my guitars. They have this dark tone which I just love, although it's amazing tone only lasts for a week or two and it's time to change strings again.
