7-11 Become Kwik-E-Mart

Did anyone else see this? A dozen 7-11 stores are changing to Kwik-E-Marts to promote the Simpsons movie. They will even sell Duff Beer, Buzz Cola, Squishies, and Krusty-Os cereal.

The Kwik-E-Mart locations are NYC, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Burbank, Henderson, Orlando, Mountain View, Seattle, Bladensburg and one in Canada.

It's pretty lame, but if I happen to pass one I'm sure I will stop in.
I hear they are even going to hire Hindus to work there.

Probably not, maybe I will rent the DVD. SImpsons has been pretty bad lately and I have a feeling the movie is the last big score before they just stop making new episodes.

No wonder I saw a chief wiggum cutout at the donut section, but my 7-11 (1 of 3 in my area) wont be a kwik-e-mart..

I know man, it used to crack me up when I was teaching guitar to have kids come in who never saw episodes that I saw back in high school.

If you want to really feel old my friend sent me a picture of the baby from the "Nevermind" album cover. He's like 15-16 now.
