can someone check a website for me, I can't seem to load it

can someone just check if this website is working, I get a forbidden access message.

I can ping the website, but can't tracert...

please I need to know..

www.ausband.com.au

or

www.melband.com.au

same website different domains

I realize I'm about 12 hours late, but they both loaded for me @ 7:11pm CST time.

Yes yes its working for me Also.

The Melbourne musician website sent out 18000 emails for xmas messages to its members, and they didn't realise they had a quota of 200 emails per hour, and their host shut them down.....
