The website, is very well moderated and I am happy about this, but the recent closure of the Israeli palestinian thread, was a little pre-mature in my opinion. I really couldn't see what was said that would have it closed down.
Maybe a moderator can specify what content crossed the line, so that in future when other threads arise, people who want to contribute, can walk the line....
Being a Jew and having relatives in Israel fighting and getting harmed, I didn't see what the issue was that closed the thread down. Healthy discussion is good, and the fact that someone wants to come up with ideas of possible solutions, is great. yet the thread is shut down.
Off the topic, section may as well be removed, if its contents can only be off the topic from a select few topics....
