car crash
wow im shaken!!! passed my test last week, unable to drive now!!!
on my way to college in th rain i came up to a bend and some1 came around it very close to hitting me going the other way.
as i result i swerved and got onto some gravelly rubbish, understeered onto the wet grass then all the way down an overgrown bank into a fence!!!!
im so annoyed too cos i have no car for a while now, and it wasnt my fault either! and now i gotta play a gig tonight with shaken nerves, fun eh
so lesson to every1, expect lunatics comin round blind corners and prepare for it!!

Re: car crash
i was on guard, just too inexperienced i guess
i hit the brake which in retrospect was the last thing to do when u lose the front, but y'know, its instincts so u cant do anythin against it!!

Re: car crash
If you think drivers in your area are crazy, you should see the nutcases we have here in Malaysia. I can't count how many times some drivers crash into a ditch near a housing area.
Anyways, hope your lesson will make you become more aware on the road. Always expect idiots around every corner...

Re: car crash
well i always expected them tbh, its just the fact that the instinctive reaction of braking when u lose the front end that made me destroy my car!!!
and im glad i dont live in malaysia really lol
im sure gonna go round corners slow when i get my car back (and have my bank account empty
)

Re: car crash
Glad you're alright! Thank the man above for being able to "walk out from it all"!
I always say that you can be the best driver in the world, but it doesn't matter with all of the lousy ones out there! I was almost killed in an accident less than a month after our wedding. The only thing that saved my life was my seatbelt... And nearly a year in the hospital...
