Chain Letters/Pyramid Schemes

hey guys,
I just got my second chain letter/pyramid scheme/as seen on oprah letter in the mail this morning. this is pissing me off. so I snagged the person's home telephone number off the white pages online and I'm thinking about calling this old bird and asking her where the hell she got my address and info and letting her know this is illegal.

Do you think its wise to call her? Im not gonna threaten her or anything. I just want to tell her to stop doing it cuz its illegal and how did you get my info, lady?

what would you dudes do?
thanks,
GEE

Re: Chain Letters/Pyramid Schemes

Delete it and move on with your life. It's probably a spoofed address and the wrong person anyway.

Why do I have the feeling there are a couple hundred cats in her house?

By his or her actions, the person seems like they have less to lose than you. Unless you absolutely have no choice I think it is wiser not to get aggressive or involved with such people in any shape or form. They have less to lose.

Dude, just throw it away and relax. Chuckle about the wasted stamp and be done with it. There's really no need for feelings of hostility here.

If it is sent US mail, dont open the next one, write "refused" on the letter and put it back in the mailbox. Its usually best to do like Elvis and return to sender.

Hand it to your local Postmaster and ask that a case file be opened. Postal inspectors love this kind of stuff!
