Check out my NEW lighting rig!!!
For all the bedroom guitarists out there - here's the ultimate in in-home lighting rigs!!
Well, its big enough to be!!!
The full cover is going over it tomorrow, as its bound to piss it down at some point in the next 8 weeks.
The bungalow is already pretty big - but this'll give us 3 extra big bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and some guitar storage space!
Gonna be a major headache!

Re: Check out my NEW lighting rig!!!
I hope you live in a nice area or you're gonna have 12-year old scallies using your house as a climbing frame, lol
Are you doing any of it or are you just getting some people in to do it?

Re: Check out my NEW lighting rig!!!
Luckily we're in a very nice area - overlooks the cricket club at the back.
I'm staying in it as "Head of Security" and Sue & the kids have gone to her mums.
The builders are shelling it (expensive enough) and then i'm carrying on with the rest. The Scaffolding alone was £7k!!!

Re: Check out my NEW lighting rig!!!
I've never seen scaffolding used to that extent to add a second floor to a house. I wonder if they use so much due to safety or insurance regulations?
Good luck with the addition.

Re: Check out my NEW lighting rig!!!
Mainly that UK weather is unpredictable
I know at the moment we're all sweatin our nads off n moanin about it bein too hot etc.
But within days we could be freezin and 10 foot deep in water...........
They have completely covered it so it avoids having to completely replaster downstairs, fit new kitchen etc should it rain!
AND cuts out any contractors moanin saying they can't do what they're doing in the rain - so should be done alot quicker - hopefully!
