click here if you are hungry
I had to take a few pictures for my restaurant's menu, and I thought it would be kind to share a few pictures will you. And these were done with a 3.2 megapixel camera, so ya, they are not professional.

Re: click here if you are hungry
What's the unlabeled one with the little burner thingy?
And the sight of that hot and sour soup is making my mouth water -- just like Pavlov's dogs. So weird how that works, esp. hot and sour soup does it, something about the vinegar in it, I guess.

We call it a flaming appetizer platter, otherwise known as a pu pu platter.
and yes, vinegar is what gives the soup the sour taste.

Nope, I am Laotain.
This isn't real Chinese food anyway, it is Americanized Chinese food. But it is most similar to Cantonese cooking.

Cool.
I've never met anyone from Laos before. Yeah, they say America is famous for taking everyone else's cuisine, Americanizing it and then selling it back to them. hehe
I wish you lots of success with your restaurant. I know I would eat there.
Blessings.
