Oh I get it, if you lose a preseason game, you're done for the season, just like the playoffs, right?

And in the preseason, you're playing the best teams from each conference and extending the season for the franchise and the fans, just like in the playoffs. That must be why the stands are so full during preseason.

You have to make it to the playoffs to prove you are even worthy of the Lombardi, something the Cowboys have not done since Jerry Maguire was on the the silver screen. Hold on to the past as long as you can, compared to the future, it is all you cowgirls fans have.

^^ Eagles fans of the last 8 years pride themselves on making the playoffs or "winning the NFC east".

OTOH every other team in the NFC East's fans prides themselves on WINNING SUPERBOWLS and DOMINATING THE LEAGUE. Each NFC East team has done it except Philthy.
