I have an interesting theory on this.

I watched the video with out audio first. Several times, and didn't see anything.

Then, I watched it with the audio on and heard the screaming. It is when I heard the screaming, I was able to see something.

theres only 1 thing that really bothers me about the video, it's that there is no clip of the same area of that room showing nothing, all 3 times it was the exact same thing that didn't move, which, in turn, could be the 1 thing that debunks it, since it could be anything proped up in the corner, and its just giving that illusion with the light from the camera. thats why I think the second video that I gave the link for is much, much better.

This one is obviously fake. It's probably there mate having a laugh and when he got a genuine reaction out of the camera guys, they all probably thought "Hmmm, maybe we should try and pass this off as real?"

Its clearly someone in a black cloak walking backwards torward the camera, then running forward, eccept the video has been edited so that it speeds up when it runs forward, the speed manipulation is clearly visible when you look at the piece of white something hanging from the ceiling to the left, it sways very slow at first, the right when the "ghost" speeds forward, so does the swaying...

It's still a fake, I've seen quite a few ghost when I was a tiny kid cos I was staying in a rural estate that time, they always run pass you and never let you really sees them but still they freak you out. This is all fake
