I can't blow anything up, cops will come. My city is starting to get strict on fireworks, hows your JEM?

I'll be in Wilwaukee seeing the Black Crowes, and trying to avoid fireworks.
Two things I hate are fireworks and parades, so I will be tring to avoid both today
