Happy holidays? What's that some generic greeting to cover every holiday celebrated through out the year no matter what?

Last time I looked, every calender either lists Dec. 25 as Christmas or just another day! So Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it. If not, have a nice day anyway!

This thread title is a fine example of political correctness run amok!

Lots of people around the world log into Jemsite. Many different celebrations-and since I posted on 12/24 I thought it was a given....

That's the trouble though

Everyone is allowed to celebrate what they like but as soon as you say happy CHRISTMAS suddenly people who believe in other stuff take offence!!

Maybe these "others" need to start learning TOLERANCE and some of the hatred in the world may dissipate

I will always say HAPPY CHRISTMAS as December 25th is CHRISTMAS DAY!!!!

If others want to tell us what day they celebrate for whatever reason then we can wish them "Happy ******** day". If they insist our celebrating is offensive then they should not expect tolerance and understanding in return

So once again....HAPPY CHRISTMAS everybody.

And if it's a different celebration for some...let us know and best wishes!!

Now.......on with the festivities!!!!
