Help please

I'm finishing my album and I need links to companies wich could make them for me.
I mean covers,boxes etc.
I don't know how this work is called there so everything I tried on google failed.
I tried even making cds but all I got was machines to do them.

Really thanks Rich but as I could see those ones only make 500 or 1.000 or more.
I need a place wich makes 100 then I could buy exactly the quantity I need cause I don't want 1000 cds,well not in one package.
