How can I fix poor dado grooves?

For anyone who is into woodworking, I'm having a problem with my dado blade. I have a new Freud 8" dado blade, and i was making some test cuts into scrap wood, and noticed that it wasnt cutting flat bottom grooves...one of the outer blades is a tad bit higher than the other outer blade, and the chippers in the middle are not cutting at the same depths......the blades just seem to fit that way on the arbor and I can't seem to get a flat cut as there is always one or two blades cutting deeper than they should........does anyone have a clever way of fixing this problem? I dont want to resort to using the router just yet, because this dado blade is new (but bought last year, so I cant return it).
